What is your jewelry made of?

We only work with high-quality, enduring materials, from precious metals to chains.

14K Solid Gold

Solid gold is used when the piece of jewelry is made entirely with minimum 10k gold and is not hollow or “filled” with any other metal. Solid gold is the most expensive and the highest in quality and gold content. It also does not tarnish or fade with repeated wear.

Note that solid gold could still have metals mixed in to form an gold mixture that is easier to craft jewelry with. It is just not “filled” with solid metals.

14K Gold Fill

Gold fill is second only to solid gold in terms of quality and is the best affordable option when it comes to durability and longevity.

Our gold filled jewelry is created with an outer layer of entirely 14k gold. This detail is what separates it from gold plated.  Whereas gold plate tends to be a blend of gold over brass and only contains a fraction of a percentage of gold (0,05%). While Gold Filled jewelry are legally required to be 5% or 1/20 gold by weight. Our gold filled jewels has an outer layer gold over 925K Sterling Silver. This technique is more durable and provides a longer life span for your pieces when provided with the right care. Gold fill is safe for most sensitive skin types.

925K Sterling Silver

925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. We plate our Silver jewelry in rhodium, which gives it extra shine and durability. Rhodium is one of the costliest precious metals due to its rarity.

Can you make a custom piece of jewelry for me?

What is your policy regarding broken or discolored items?

If you have issues with a piece purchased directly through our website or store within the first 30 days after receiving it, please reach out to us at with your order number and a photo of the issue with your jewel. All jewels over 30 days old will be subject to our review, and will be directed to our Repairs Portal.

Purchases after 2 months that are out of our warranty, must be returned to Jewelry Gang and will be subjected to or review. Then the recovery process or the refund procedure will start.


Which payment methods do you accept?

Based on your shipping country/region, we accept payment via iDeal, PayPal, and Klarna Pay Later. Please note only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

You can also contact us to place your order over the mail with one of our Customer Care agents.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return please submit a request for a Return Authorization by filling in the Return form. Alternatively, you can contact us by mail to assist you with the return process, Jewelry Gang adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

To return a purchase, your items must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date, be in its original and unused condition and be returned with original tags and packaging.

Customized orders are not eligible for a return.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the processing, packaging or shipment phases. Submit a request by filling in the form. Alternatively, you can contact us by mail to assist you with the return process,


Where does Jewelry Gang ships to?

Jewelry Gang ships worldwide. Find out more about shipping information. Some international shipments may be liable for additional custom fees and taxes. In all cases, We will issue the necessary paperwork to ensure the parcel is cleared from customs, although any additional charge will be the buyer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Please not that tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

A standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required, once your order has been placed. Orders placed after 17:00 PM (CET) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 11:00 AM (CET). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Personalized orders

All personalized orders need 5 to 9 business days to be created before shipment. After that, your personalized order will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days.
